UPDATED COVID CLEANING procedures and other notices

RESERVATIONS BOOKED AFTER JUNE 1, 2020 NOW FALL UNDER OUR NORMAL CANCELLATION POLICY.

We are so excited to welcome you back to the Stonewall Motor Lodge. Before you book your stay, please know we have taken the utmost care to make some adjustments to our cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. We appreciate your understanding. Here is what you should know before you go!

1.    We are no longer offering same day turnovers.  This means your room will have been vacant for at least 24 hours to ensure we clean properly and let it air out.

2.    Common areas, including door handles, hard surfaces, and chairs will be wiped down regularly during the day.

3.    All staff who are cleaning on-site are required to wear masks and gloves during cleaning and laundering services.

4.    Until further notice, we will not be doing daily housekeeping. Should you need any additional towels, toiletries, or coffee, just let us know!

5.    If you are staying with us for more than 3 days, we will be offering the option to move to a freshly cleaned room if needed and available.

6.    To make sure you are fully stocked, you will find extra items in your room, including toilet paper, coffee, cups, and more to get you through your stay.  You are always welcome to come to the office for more supplies or enjoy a cup of coffee or water.

7. Our staff will continue to wear masks at all times. Guests are required to wear masks while visiting the lobby. We ask you social distance while out in the Barn.
