The Texas Hill Country will have the rare luck of being right in the middle of a Total Solar Eclipse on April 8, 2024.

We’re planning a special weekend for our guests with live music, food, and more. Special access to our second-floor Observation Deck, special room packages, eclipse swag, and more! Each room reservation will come with swag, viewing glasses, and access to the 3 acres to pick your perfect viewing spot. All rooms will be stocked with water and light snacks throughout the property. Food package available for purchase, including Texas BBQ!

Eclipse Cancellation Policy - Please Read Carefully Before Booking

The following modified cancellation policy applies to all reservations made for the 2024 Eclipse dates from April 4th-9th 2024 at The Stonewall Motor Lodge:

  • Payment for rooms is due at booking. We cannot hold rooms.

  • Cancellations made up to 90 days before the check-in date will receive a refund of 80% of the amount paid.

  • Cancellations made 30-89 days before the check-in date will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date.

  • In the event that the eclipse is not viewable due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be provided. This includes but is not limited to cloud cover, rain, or storms. We shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from such unanticipated occurrences.

  • Reservations are non-transferable. Reservation name must match ID provided at check-in.
